Professional: Bonnie Alley brings 20+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, and hospitality/tourism. As Director of Business Development at Discover Ames, she blends business savvy with a passion for people — making her a dynamic asset to our advisory board.
Fun Fact: When she’s not closing deals or championing Ames, Bonnie’s all about family, friends, and whipping up something sweet in the kitchen. Want the inside scoop? Just ask her at the next TWIG meeting!

Professional: Kim Grzywacz brings 12 years of experience in group transportation and currently serves as the Sales Director at their family company, CIT Signature Transportation. Her expertise in building national/state connections adds valuable insight to our advisory board.
Fun Fact: Alongside scrapbooking, Kim recently added embroidery and sourdough as creative outlets. Spending time on these gifts to her family and friends relaxes her and negates the time suck of binge watching tv. Ask her about it when you see her at the next TWIG event.
